This skill must be mastered. Single leg wraps are the same as double leg raps except you work one hand only. They are a little harder and require more centrifugal force to control the ball.
A. Keep your body facing forward. Knees are slightly bent.
B. Legs are spread apart wide with feet pointed forward.
C. Start with the ball in front of you. Using your right hand, bring the ball from the front and wrap it around and behind your right leg.
D. Throw the ball (from behind you) to the floor between your legs at a 45-degree angle.
E. Catch the ball in front of you with your right hand and again wrap the ball around and behind your right leg.
F. Bounce it through your legs to your right hand.
G. Switch hands. Do this over and over.
Once you have this skill mastered, try moving to level two. Work on getting the ball lower to the floor. The lower you go, the more centrifugal force is needed to control the ball and you will have to be much faster at it to keep the ball down.
